Dec.2011 best business

Try to write some in Christmas is not easy, my timetable is full and i am getting so busy, 

I am dealing with live lobster business, Every December, I sell between 300,000 to 500,000lb lobsters. This year is the most sales I ever done since I own my company.  We finished 400,000 lb of live lobster shipping, we sent lobster to Metro, superstore's door, we serving directly about 300 stores. 

Time goes so fast, world link is 7 years old already. I could not believe, I always think it is 5 years, I worked for ACC only for 4 years and I felt it was not long time ago. Now this world link is 7 years. World link is named by me. I tried all the name start with Atlantic, light house, Martine time,  all used up. I had to choose one, I choose based on my long distance phone company's name. This was my baby since then, my life and my happiness . I could have 2nd kid if not work so hard. Now this company is mature  and ready to leave me.  

This is a smooth December , business grow 40%. George's is sick and choose not to do much. I am the one taking loads and shared with my employee . Up to now,I tried to find a balance point between running business smooth and take people's attitude. I have a pride and never can bend over, now, istrted to thnk bend over is a wrong word, to treat people heart to heart , or have a big heart is the right word, I don't know how exactly go there yet, but hopefully after this holiday I will have time to think over and reach there. 
Like a bamboo, go where the wind is but never break . 

I was nerves when 26th comes, 26th is Monday, the new years week, we need to ship 140,000lb which is same as the normal monthly volume. most courier company close and reopen only 28th, we have to run a truck to get the space to ship on 26th night, 28th, packed 70,000lb a day,  workers did not sleep for 48hrs, keep on packing, peoples wants to quit when they know have to come again on 28th night packing for 29th shipping . I put 30 ton in Purolator flight, it is the most I ever done in my life. This is an achievement . Mileage stone of my shipping history. 

On top of this, everything went smooth, no big mess up. I am so happy to go on vacation with putting business behind . This is the only time. For this, I have to say thanks to all the employee.
